GoalMoon values your privacy and is committed to protecting it.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you access our websites and documentation, and when you interact with our product Supa Moonbase (smoonb), including the CLI and related services.

By using our websites, documentation, or contacting us about smoonb, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1) Data We Collect

We aim to collect the minimum amount of Personal Data necessary to operate our websites, documentation, and support channels for smoonb.

• Website and log data: such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address (as provided by standard web server logs and security services).

We may collect limited telemetry data related to the use of the smoonb CLI and our services to improve reliability, performance, and user experience (for example, more accurate progress indicators and diagnostics). This telemetry is anonymized and/or aggregated and is designed to exclude the contents of your databases and backups, as well as secrets such as passwords, tokens, or private keys.

To use the smoonb CLI, you must have an active account in our desktop platform and a valid license. After any applicable trial period ends, an active subscription is required for the CLI to continue working.

We do not intentionally collect your database contents. Backups generated by the CLI are created and stored according to your configuration and infrastructure. Any transfer of data is under your control.

2) How We Use Data

We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Provide support: respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate about smoonb.
• Operate and secure our websites: monitor performance, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents.
• Improve our content: understand, in aggregate, how our documentation and pages are used and improve clarity and usability.
